Post by Downunder35m »

The forums are retiring in 2021 and are now closed for new topics and comments.

You see above when checking now.
Seems it is the end for the Instructables community and our new start here.

So please feel free to post your questions in our great forum and the same guys you know so well from Instructables will be here to help you!

Yeah. That was kind of like the sound of a dropped shoe.

We were waiting for it to happen, but maybe uncertain about what the exact timing would be. Or perhaps we were wondering if they, the Instructables Staff, were really going to follow through on their promise.

Well. I guess they're really doing it.

Luckily, we are here to try to fill the void left behind. A void which deemed not worthy to be filled by the standards of the Instructables-website.

As we said for years, the community section was vital and very active.
Autodesk stuffed it up not the user.
If we can fill the void fine.
But it will be a long way to go until we have a good and more importantly active user base.
Anyway, can't wait for the people finding us and posting nice things.
